Train services.

The Dangerous Goods Transportation Department of our company is responsible for the dangerous goods transportation plan. According to the English product name and product CAS provided by the customer, we can help identify whether the goods are dangerous goods and related categories CLASS, UN NUMBER, packaging grade PG, and related operations of our company All personnel have received training from Maritime Safety Administration, Port Authority, and IATA DGR, and hold relevant certificates. Their advantages are in undertaking categories 2.3, 4.3 and 5.1. 6.1 Class high-risk transportation.

Booking

• Dangerous goods booking must be made ten working days in advance. Please confirm with Haixingda for the specific shipping schedule.

• Documents required for booking: A copy of the official seal of the "Appraisal Result Form for the Use of Outbound Dangerous Goods Transport Packaging", referred to as "Dangerous Package Certificate"

• Sixteen English version MSDS official seal electronic version

• The electronic version of the official seal of the shipping company's dangerous goods declaration form

• Documents required for declaration: the original copy of the "Appraisal Result Form for the Use of Outbound Dangerous Goods Transport Packages" for short, "Dangerous Package Certificate" (must be consistent with the copy provided before)

• "Dangerous Goods Technical Manual" form: the original official seal of the user who needs to affix the dangerous package certificate

• If it is packed in double corrugated cartons, a copy of the "Entry-Exit Goods Packaging Performance Inspection Result Sheet" must be provided (the performance sheet number must be consistent with the performance sheet number shown on the original dangerous package certificate provided)

• The original documents must be provided five days before the ship sails

Documents required for customs declaration

• Customers need to affix the official seal and legal person seal on the upper right and lower left of the customs declaration power of attorney

• The export declaration form must be stamped with a special customs declaration stamp.

• Invoices and packing lists (in English) must be stamped with official seal or hand-signed seal.

• Product description (Chinese only)

• According to the actual H.S CODE of the goods, corresponding documents need to be provided, and single ticket confirmation is required

Dangerous goods packing

• After the goods enter the dangerous goods warehouse, our company will strictly review the goods mark and dangerous goods, for goods that do not meet the shipping standards.

• In order to prevent problems caused by customs clearance, we will rectify the dangerous standards of customers in advance to meet the shipping standards.

Release

• After customs declaration and inspection, the goods are released
